以锆钛不同原子比制备的固体超强酸催化剂MxOy/SO2 - 4对丙烯酸与α -高碳醇的酯化反应具有较高的催化活性。实验表明 ,Zr/Ti原子比为 0 2 5 ,0 5mol/L硫酸浸泡 1 0h ,50 0℃焙烧 4h条件下制备的催化剂 ,催化丙烯酸与C8~C1 6 正构偶数碳醇的酯化反应 ,丙烯酸酯收率达均在 95
Solid superacids ZrO 2-TiO 2/SO 2- 4 can catalyze the esterification reaction of acrylic acid and α-long-chain alcohols with high activities.The catalyst ZrO 2-TiO 2- of Zr/Yi mole ratio 0.25, which was obtained by immersing Zr(OH) 4 in 0.5 mol/L H 2SO 4 for 10 h and then calcining it at 500℃ for 4 h,was used for catalyzing the esterification reaction of acrylic acid and α-long-chain alcohols.The yields of esters was over 95%.
