Nanometer ZnO Preparation through B asic Zinc Carbonate Calcination

摘要 The reaction process of nanometer ZnO preparation through basic zinc carbonate calcination was investigate d via TG-DTG-DTA,IR,XRD and TEM methods.The spectra features and morphology variations of precursor and target products calcinated at diffe rent temperatures were investigate d.The reaction process was deduced t o be three stages,which include breaking of pr ecursor crystallites,their decomp osition,and growth of ZnO crystal nu cleus.The most appropriate temperature fo r this reaction was demonstrated to b e about 300℃.
