摘要
基于流动注射梯度信息提出了一种利用梯度比均值进行定量的校正方法。方法具有在线自动判别和修复异常峰并自行校正的功能 ,和通用的标准系列定量方法相比 ,两者测定精度相当。但本文提出的方法抗干扰能力明显优于后者 ,可适用于在线过程监测。
A new flow injection (FI) calibration method was proposed for spectrophotometry based on exploitation of gradient information in FI peak profile, which involved on - line automatic diagnosis and correction for faulty peak signal using a reference peak. Calibration curves were constructed by using the mean of ratios of absorbances contained in standard peak profiles versus those of reference peak. The precision for present method is equivalent to that of standard series calibration. The calibration method seems to be more suitable for some industrial process monitoring, due, to the capabilities of on-line diagnosis and correction automatically for faulty peak and simultaneously utilizing the remained information contained in the faulty peak.
