摘要
在毛细管电色谱中 ,随着柱径的加粗 ,焦耳热效应使柱效急剧降低 ,甚至产生气泡 ,导致断流现象 ;采用有机盐缓冲溶液作为流动相 ,在 32 0 μm内径反相毛细管柱中成功地使几种苯取代物得到较好的分离 ,并且可以在较高的电压下操作 ,得到了比加压电色谱法更高的柱效。通过对选择缓冲溶液的讨论 ,说明了大内径毛细管柱中调节流动相组成的一般原则。
In capillary electrochromatography (CEC), the larger the internal diameter of a capillary column is, the higher the Joule heat is, the easier the bubbles are gotten. In this paper, a new method was given to solve this problem. We got higher column efficiency in separating benzyl substitution on 320 μm CEC column by using lower concentration of organic salt as a buffer than that from pressurized CEC. General principle was given that′s how to control the components of the mobile phase by choosing a suitable buffer.
