高效液相色谱法测定滇白珠植物中滇白珠甙

Determination of Gaulthersides (D_1, D_2 and D_3) in Yunnan Wintergreen (Gaultheria Yunnansis) by Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

提出反相高效液相色谱法测定滇白珠甙含量的方法。反相KromasilC1 8柱 ,甲醇 乙腈 水 (V V) =2 5∶5∶70为流动相 ,紫外 2 2 0nm检测 ,外标法定量。线性范围为 0 .0 0 5～ 0 .80 0g L ,r =0 .9997～ 0 .999,方法回收率和标准偏差分别在 98.6 0 %～ 10 2 .90 %和 0 .5 8%～ 0 .6 9%之间 (n =6 ) ,3种甙的检测限在 0 .0 1～ 0 .0 2mg L之间。本方法快速、准确、重现性好 ,适用于工艺生产中质量控制。

The Gaulteresides (D-1, D-2 and D-3) in Yunnan Wintergreen (Gaultheria yunnansis) extracts were determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. The Waters Kromasil C-18 column (5 mum, 3.9 x 250 mm) was used and column temperature was 25degreesC, the detection wavelength was 220 nm, the mobile phase was 25% (V/V) methanol 5% (V/V) acetonitrile, 70% (V/V) H2O. The linear range was 0.005 similar to 0.800 g/L, r = 0.9997 similar to 0.9999; recovery was 98.6% similar to 102.9% and RSD was 0.6% similar to 0.7% (n = 6).
