The Research of the Model of Estimation of the Human Capital′s Value

本文就人力资本价值计量问题引出一种新型投入产出模型——描述人力资本价值生产过程的投入产出模型 .讨论了模型的可行性 ;构造了人力资本价值的可操作性计算模型 .

This paper discusses the model of es timation of the Human Capital′s Value, using the method of input-output model to describe the process of the yield of the Human Capital. We also discuss the f easibility of the model and construct an operable calculative model of Human Cap ital. And there is discussion of the variation of some basic conceptions caused by the asymmetry of the input-output model.
