摘要
This article is based on the fieldwork in some more developed communities in Shanghai. From the angle of Organization Sociology, this article microscopically describes the characteristics of organizational action of the formal organizations including the Committee of Inhabitants, the Committee of Proprietors and the Estate\|servicing Company. It becomes visible that these organizations can’t solve the concrete problems in the practical operations of the community independently; therefore, they need resource sharing. This article also suggested that this kind of resource sharing should be based on cooperation, and this cooperation could only be realized in the field of action. Furthermore, it also emphasizes that it is very important to enhance the capability of forecasting the new changes of surroundings.
