脊髓小脑性共济失调的临床及基因诊断进展 被引量:6

摘要 脊髓小脑性共济失调是一大类具有明显遗传异质性的神经系统变性疾病,其临床表型和基因型分型非常复杂。基因诊断是该病的重要诊断手段。本文介绍了最近几年国内外关于本病的临床表型、基因型分型及基因诊断的新进展。
