慢性酒精中毒性肌病新进展

摘要慢性酒精中毒性肌病是由长期酗酒引起的一种肌病,临床主要表现为肌萎缩、肌无力。其发病机制有以下几种学说:对肌细胞膜的损害、对骨骼肌收缩性的影响、对骨骼肌血液循环及代谢活动的影响。其主要病理改变为肌萎缩、肌浆网扩张、肌原纤维间糖原颗粒沉积。
