前入路手术治疗脊髓肿瘤
摘要
当肿瘤位于脊髓腹侧或椎体肿瘤造成脊髓腹侧受压时,首选前入路手术。根据病变部位采取相应的前入路手术,每一前入路手术各有其适应症和优缺点,严格掌握适应症和禁忌症以提高手术疗效,同时要兼顾脊柱的稳定性。影像技术辅助下的前入路手术具有微创、显露好等特点。
