经颅多普勒(TCD)在颅内高压实验中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 TCD具有经济、无创、可重复连续监测等优点。颅内高压状态下存在特异的TCD频谱变化,表现在TCD频谱形态及各参数值随ICP增高出现相应改变。根据颅内高压特征性的频谱及与ICP密切相关的TCD参数的变化,即可粗略地判断ICP的高低,为临床治疗提供依据。
