通过对传统图书馆基于有形信息载体提供而形成的业务流程与人力资源管理种种弊病的分析,强调在新的环境下,应对传统图书馆进行全面改造,而不仅仅是进行简单的功能添加。

Through analyzing the disadvantages of the vocational process an d human resources management in the traditional libraries, which are produced by the provision on base of visible information carrier, this article is to emphas ize the necessity of the overall reform, which is not merely functional addition to the traditional libraries to adapt themselves to the new conditions.
