摘要
水蛭是具有抗凝血活性的动物药 ,报道用抗凝血活性指标筛选其提取工艺的方法和结果。研究表明 :水蛭提取液对凝血酶的拮抗作用量效关系明显 ,凝血酶时间 (TT)和药液浓度成正相关。水蛭以 0 9%NaCl提取活性最强 ,正交试验筛选最佳提取工艺条件为加 4倍量 0 .9%NaCl溶液 ,在 1 0 0℃提取 3h。
The paper has offered the results of the selectively extracting process of Hirudo (a anticoagulant of traditional chinese medicine).The bioactivity of anticoagulation is indicated by the thrombin time (TT) in this experiment. The conclusion indicates QSAR between the extraction concentration and the TT is obvious,and the TT is directly proportional to the concentration of extraction. The orthogonal design experiments show the most appropriate factor is to extract with 4 times 0.9%NaCl(v/w) for 3 hours at 100℃.
