形变热处理对含铋Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr系合金再结晶的影响

摘要 采用形变热处理工艺对Al-1.98Li-1.90Cu-1.27Mg-0.18Zr合金的再结晶进行了研究。结果表明,再结晶前存在的第二相粒子的大小、分布对再结晶影响很大。时效温度越高,析出粒子直径越大,密度越低,再结晶程度就越高,晶粒也就越小,但再结晶晶粒大小不均。这与再结晶形核机制有关。电子探针分析表明,粗大的第二相粒子主要是富铜的θ或T_1相和富Cu,Mg的S相粒子。 The recrystatllization of Al-1. 98Li-1. 90Cu-1. 27Mg-0. 18Zr alloy has been studied by intermediate thermomechanical treatment. The results showed that size and distribution of the precipitats present in matrix before recrystallization have a great effect oa recrystallization. If the aging temperature is higher, the size of the precipitates is larger and the density is smaller, then the degree of recrystallization is higher and the grain size is smaller, But the recrystal- lized grains become inuniform, which is related to the mechanism of recrystal- lization. Electron probe analysis shows that the coarse precipitates are mainly of θ. T_1 and S phase.
