摘要
用有限元和边界元联合的方法对变速器箱体强度进行分析研究。首先针对某型车辆变速箱箱体,建立箱体有限元模型,并分析其所受约束和载荷;然后根据FEA的数值仿真计算结果,对该箱体的结构进行有针对性的加筋强化,该研究对汽车变速器设计阶段工作具有一定指导作用。
The intensity of the transmission case was analyzed the finite element and boundary element method.The transmission case finite element model of one type vehicle was built and its restriction and load were analyzed.According to the FEA numerical value simulation result,muscles were added to enhance the configuration of transmission case.This research has guiding effect for the design of vehicle transmission.
