摘要
以四轮电动越野车肋板为研究对象,以传统的优化设计理论为基础,利用ANSYS Workbench软件,对肋板进行了有限元强度分析和结构优化设计,得到了较合理的肋板结构形状和尺寸。通过优化设计,节省了材料、减轻了重量,降低了成本,提高了经济效益。
Based on traditional optimization design theories,the FEM intensity analysis and the structural optimization design of the ribbing of the four-wheeler dynamoelectric cross-country car was carried out by making use of the software of ANSYS Workbench,and the reasonable structural shape and size of the ribbing was got.Through optimization design,the material was saved,the weight was lessened,the cost was reduced and the economic benefit was improved.
