电控汽油喷射器流量特性测试系统研究

摘要 研制了电控汽油喷射器流量特性自动测试系统,该系统利用89C2051单片机和驱动电路控制汽油喷射器的喷油过程,实际测试的喷油量数据通过精密电子称自身串行口与上位机中的串口卡发送给微机,喷油控制参数借助串行通讯方式从上位机传递给单片机,整个测试过程由上位机界面进行控制。目前该系统已投入实际实用,实际测试结果表明,该系统性能稳定、测试精度高。 A flow characteristic measuring system of electronic gasoline injector was developed.The injection process of the injector was controlled by 89C2051 single chip microprocessor and a driving circuit.The injected mass measured was transmitted to the upper computer by serial communication between the serial interface in the electronic scale and the serial port in the computer.The control parameters of fuel injection were transferred from the upper computer to the single chip microprocessor by serial port.The measuring process was controlled by an upper computer interface.The system has been put into practice and the test results show that the system has good reliability and high precision.
