摘要
着重试验研究玻璃滑槽在各种环境条件变化情况下,其摩擦阻力、磨耗与其对应电流的关系。利用非电学量转换成电学量测量的方法,可将应变片电阻微小的应力变化转变为电流信号输出。因此可以根据电流的输出情况分析滑槽的耐磨性和滑动性。试验得出滑槽在各种环境条件变化的情况下,其摩擦阻力与相对应的输出电流成正比。
The relationship between the friction and wear and the related outgoing current under different environment conditions was studied.According to the transform between the un-electricity unit and the electricity unit,the minor change on the stress of the strain patch can be transformed into the output electricity signal,so the wear resistance and lubricity of the glass runner can be analyzed according to the outgoing current.The experimental result shows that the related outgoing current is directly proportional to the friction under different environment conditions.
