原子吸收光谱法在汽车管路涂层完整性测试中的应用

摘要 介绍一种应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定汽车管路表面涂层完整性的检测方法。该方法通过测定溶解在盐酸溶液中的锌离子浓度来检测采用电镀锌加有机涂层的汽车管路经过弯曲、扩口、成型装配等加工过程后表面涂层的完整性。实验结果表明,该方法对于汽车管路加工过程中可能造成的不易发现的表面涂层破坏,能够进行准确的判定。 One kind of tube coating surface integrity test method in automotive fields using flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was introduced.The method determines top coating surface integrity after tube manufacturing process such as bending,flaring and assembling steps,by detecting zinc ion concentration dissolved in hydrochloric acid solution when dip the finished electricity plated zinc plus top organic coated tube in acid solution.The testing results indicate that it performs well for detecting the surface coating defects which not easy to be detected by normal inspecting methods.
