摘要
以二代球轴承的国产化开发为例,讨论了国产化过程中在保证质量前提下,分阶段实施国产化,最终取得降本增效双赢局面。并指出,CKD零件在中国需要进行匹配试验,以验证原设计的适用性;深度国产化及培育战略竞争供应商是关键零部件降本的发展趋势及重要措施;PFEAM的开发及严格执行是控制深度国产化质量的关键,关系深度国产化的成败。
The localization development of the second generation hub bearing was discussed.Three aspects of localization,such as match tests,deep localization and cultivation of strategically competitive suppliers and Process Failure Effect Analysis Model (PFEAM) were introduced. It was pointed out that the match tests should be processed for imported original (CKD) part to validate its adaptability,deep localization and cultivation of strategically competitive suppliers are the important measure to reduce the cost of key parts,the strict implementation of PFEAM is the key of quality control for deep localization.
