摘要
论述符合"最小条件"要求的发动机凸轮误差测量数据处理方法是:凸轮左右侧公差相等时,按两侧"等距(等值)点"处理;凸轮左右侧公差要求不相等时,按公差小的一侧"零距点"处理。将"最小区域法"应用于凸轮,并运用计算机进行处理。为求解凸轮符合"最小条件"要求的升程误差数据,提供了一种实用、简便、快捷、精确的方法。
In this paper,the dealing way on error measuring data of engine's cam that tally with 'minimal condition' is;when two sides' tolerance of cam is same,it can be dealt with in two sides ' equidistant point';when two sides' tolerance of cam is not same,it can be dealt with in the side of the small tolerance 'zero point'.'The smallest area way' is used for cam in this paper,and computer is used to deal with.The paper gives a practicable,convenient,swift,precise way to solve the error data in the rising process of cam that tally with 'minimal condition'.
