职业教育人本取向对技能取向的超越

On the Transcendence of Humanism Orientation to the Skill Orientation of Vocational Education

摘要 职业教育在办学目标定位上过于强调为地方经济服务的功利性,忽视职业技术教育促进人的发展的核心职能;在人才培养目标上偏重"制器",对"育人"重视不够。论文从当前职业教育的现状出发,探讨职业教育的和谐发展之路,要全面贯彻以人为本的高等职业教育价值观,跨越技能取向与人本取向的鸿沟。 The vocational education appears to be more utilitarian to lay its emphasis on providing support forthe local economic development and neglects the core function of promoting the development of the human. From the perspective of the goal of talent training,the vocational education attaches more attention on developing the students'technology rather than their comprehensive qualities. Based on the present situation of the vocational education,theproblem of how to develop such kind of education is studied. The value of people-oriented higher vocational education should be implemented thoroughly so as to stride across the gap between humanism orientation and skill orientation.
