摘要
当下利益与价值的多元化使得群体对公平感产生了不同的理解,论文在分析构建国企员工不公平感的现状基础上,剖析了不公平感的表现及产生的原因,进一步思考并探讨构建员工公平感的措施,以期对国企员工公平感的建立产生积极的意义。
People have different views on the the sense of fairness because of the present diversity of interests and values.This paper,based on the present situations of the sense of unfairness among the employees in state-owned companies,has analyzed the signs and causes of these unfairness,and has further talked about the measures in constructing the sense of fairness among them,so as to play an active role in this kind of construction
