摘要
论文从酒店角度出发,针对酒店实习生培训与管理过程中出现的难点和问题,指出酒店应与校方建立长期合作、重视实习生潜在资源、加大实习生的培训力度等对策,以达到酒店对实习生的最佳管理,实现酒店实习生资源的最大效益。
This paper,from the perspective of hotels,has analyzed the the problems in the training and management of interns in hotels.And this paper has also pointed out that hotels should cooperate with colleges permanently,concentrate on the potential resources of interns,strengthen the training to the interns,so as to realize the best manangement to the interns,and to greatly benefit from the resources of these interns.
