高等职业教育发展的问题及其策略分析

An Analysis of Problems and Measures in the Development of Higher Vocational Education

我国高等职业教育的发展从纵向来说经历了较大起伏,正逐渐走向成熟,形成了独有的特征,但在近几年突飞猛进的发展中也凸显出来一些问题。论文针对职业教育发展存在的问题进行分析,提出了在现有条件下协调政府、市场(社会)与学校的关系的策略,从而使得高等职业教育的发展适合社会人才的需求。

The development of higher vocational education in China has undergone many hardships,and such development,with its particular characters,has been more and more perfect,however,some problems has turned up in the recent years of rapid development.This paper,by analysis of the problems in the development of higher vocational education,has put forward the measures to harmonize the relations among government,market(society) and school,so as to make the development of higher vocational education satisfy the needs of social talents.
