摘要
高等职业教育作为职业教育的一种,围绕"职业性"展开,将学习与实践相结合成为当下职业教育需要解决的问题。论文在分析工作过程系统化课程内涵的基础上,提出了工作过程系统化课程开发思路,以酒店前厅服务与管理课程为范例探讨了课程开发实践。
Higher vocational education,as one of the aspects of vocational educations generally,should focus on the combination of theory and practice. This paper analyzes the connotation of systematic courses of working process and puts forward some measures for development of this course. This paper also analyzes the development of this course with a case study -Management and Service of Front Office.
