高职院校院系两级评建工作长效机制建设研究

开展评估与迎评建设工作,在促进高职院校加强内涵建设、完善办学条件、提升人才培养工作水平等方面,有着积极的引导与促进作用。但当前高职院校内部评建工作机制还存在一些问题,主要表现为系部的职责不突出、作用未充分发挥。高职院校教学工作的基础在系部,评建工作的纵深发展需要切实发挥系部的作用。因此,探究如何构建院系两级评建工作长效机制以全面提升教学质量显得尤为重要。

Development of evaluation techniques for department work is important in vocational colleges.Therefore,it plays an active role in reform and improvement of school conditions,skill training and so on.However,there are some problems in this system.For example,responsibilities for departments are not sufficiently clear that they can play an active role.In vocational colleges,teaching work is based in every department,so evaluation for individual department is required.In order to improve teaching effects,evaluation of long-term techniques is therefore the top priority in vocational colleges.
