摘要
国内关于饭店文化的理论研究已经较为成熟,但在实践过程中,由于管理者对饭店文化的内涵把握不清、饭店文化的塑造主次不分以及对饭店文化的维系与提升不重视等方面原因,多数饭店很难塑造有特色的企业文化。论文从饭店文化的核心——精神文化入手,提出了应该从建立美好共同愿景、培育优良企业精神和树立以人为本观念等方面来塑造饭店文化,并从微观层面上探讨了饭店文化的维系与提升策略,以期对饭店文化的建设具有指导意义。
Theoretical study on the hotel's culture at home has been more mature. However,in the course of practice,it's difficult for many restaurants to shape their own unique corporate culture. This phenomenon is due to the unclear connotation of the hotel culture to managers. When they shape the culture,they can't distinguish the primary and secondary. At the same time,they don't pay attention to the maintenance of hotel's culture. This article starts with the core culture of the hotel,that is,mental culture. It comes up with the following aspects to shape the hotel's culture:to build a better common ideal; to foster good corporate spirit; to create a concept of 'people-oriented'. And it discusses that how to maintain the stability of the corporate culture at the micro level. It will be of guiding significance for the construction of the hotel's culture.
