Responsibilities of Each Party in Talents-Training Modes of Industry-Academic Collaboration

产学结合的人才培养模式是高职教育培养高技能应用型人才的重要途径。论文针对当前产学结合已经取得的成绩和存在的问题,从宏观的角度探析产学模式中政府部门、高职院校和企业各自的职责,以期在多方主体共同协作下促进产学结合走得更快、更远。

Talents-Training Modes of Industry-Academic Collaboration is a vital path for training high-skilled and application-oriented talents in higher vocational education. Based on the achievements and problems in this collaboration,this paper analyzes their different responsibilities in this mode from a macro view. The responsibilities are from government,vocational colleges and corporations. It is hoped that this paper plays a significant role in promoting development of this collaboration.
