摘要
近年来餐饮业成为拉动国内消费、促进就业的主力军。随着经济和社会的发展,资源瓶颈与环境污染等问题日益突出,发展绿色餐饮势在必行。我国绿色餐饮发展趋势长期向好,在坚持生态性原则、减量消耗原则以及技术先进原则基础上,通过实施企业内部清洁生产、建立绿色餐饮生态园区、政府给予优惠政策支持、开展绿色营销等举措发展绿色餐饮。
Catering industry has become the main force of promoting domestic consumption and employment in recent years. With the economic and social development,some problems,such as resource bottleneck,environment pollution etc.,are increasingly acute. The development of Green Catering is imperative. The development trend of Green Catering in China is better and better in the long run. On the basis of the ecological principle,the principle of reducing consumption and the principle of advanced technology,we take some measures to develop Green Catering,for instance,carry out the clean production within the enterprises,establish the ecological area of Green Catering,get the support of preferential policies from the government,develop green marketing and so on.
