摘要
工程项目管理是全方位的,有其重要性和特殊性,要求项目经营者将施工项目的质量、安全与文明施工、进度、成本等都要纳入正规化、标准化管理,这样才能使各项工作有条不紊地顺利进行。文章以某学校新校区工程项目施工为例,该项目采用了项目经理负责制、风险考核及无标底招标采购模式,通过优化设计和施工方案,加强质量、进度、造价过程控制,节省了工程投资,保证了工程进度和质量目标。
The management of engineering program is all-round. With its importance and specialty,it demands that program manager should regularly and standardly manage the construction program in the aspects of quality,safe and civilized construction,schedule,cost etc.,which can make every program go on smoothly and in a systematic fashion. This paper uses the example of the construction of engineering program on the new campus of a certain college. The program adopts program manager responsibility system,risk check and bidding and purchasing model without the basic price.By perfecting design and construction plan,it strengthens the control over quality,schedule and cost process,saves the program investment and guarantees the program schedule and quality aims.
