里弄旅游游客的满意度评价研究——以上海新天地为例 被引量:1

On Tourists' Satisfaction Evaluation of Lane Tourism——A Case Study of Shanghai New World

摘要 论文选取上海新天地里弄旅游的中外游客为研究对象,基于期望—感知差异对游客满意度做出测定。结果发现,总体满意度与推荐意愿和重游意愿显著相关;其中对这里是身份地位的象征、参与有民间风俗的活动、餐饮价格合理且口味正宗三个因子的期望与感知满意度有显著性差异。 Selecting Chinese and foreign tourists who have visited lanes of Shanghai New World as subjects,this paper determines customers' satisfaction based on expectation-perception differences. The following points are found. The overall satisfaction is strikingly related to recommendation willingness and revisit willingness. There are distinctive differences in expectation and perception satisfaction of these three factors,the symbol of status and position,the activities with folk customs and the catering with reasonable price and authentic taste. At last,this paper shows the limitations of the research and the points we should make up for in the future study.
