摘要
作为一种新的营销方式和手段,社会化营销在Web2.0时代异军突起,正在受到越来越多的关注和认可。论文着重就旅游企业如何借助于社会性网络SNS开展营销的问题进行探讨,通过对诸多社会化营销案例进行分析,认识社会化营销的价值,并结合旅游业特点提出适合旅游企业的营销策略,为实现商业利益与社区价值的有机契合提供一些可借鉴的思路。
As a new marketing way and method,social marketing becomes a new force suddenly coming to the fore and is getting more and more attention and recognition in the era of Web2.0. This article focuses on how tourism enterprises carry out the marketing with the aid of Social Network Software(SNS),and points out the values of social marketing through the analysis on many social marketing cases. Combined with the characteristics of tourism industry,it also raises marketing strategies suitable for tourism enterprises and provides some ideas for reference so as to realize the organic combination of business interests and community values.
