摘要
在国内酒店业迅速发展的背景下,核心员工已逐步成为饭店生存发展的重要战略资源,对饭店的经营和持续发展起着关键作用。如何从根本上留住饭店核心员工是饭店亟待解决的问题。文章首先从饭店核心员工的概念入手,分析了饭店核心员工的特点和需求特征,然后剖析了饭店核心员工的现状,最后基于核心员工的特点和需要,从人力资源管理的全过程分析了塑造和留住饭店核心员工的途径。
With the rapid development of domestic hotel industry,key employees have gradually become important strategic resources for existence and development of hotels,and played a crucial role in the management and sustainable development of hotels. How to keep on hotel key employees fundamentally is the problem demanding prompt solution. This paper defines the concept of hotel key employees,and analyses their characteristics,needs and current situations. At last,based on their characteristics and needs,it analyses the ways to train and keep on them from the whole process of human resource management.
