摘要
论文在分析酒店员工工作家庭冲突的前因、后果、调节变量等因素的基础上,认为解决员工工作家庭冲突的一个核心在于加强酒店与员工的沟通。笔者根据酒店工作的实际情况对酒店员工工作家庭冲突的影响,对酒店员工工作家庭冲突进行剖析,认为外部管理沟通中的"组织支持"和"工作—家庭平衡计划"可以提高员工的自我调节能力,并有效减少和帮助员工应对工作家庭冲突。
Based on the analysis on the factors,such as causes,results,moderators and so on,of hotel staff's conflicts between work and family,this paper deems that the key to settle those conflicts is to strengthen the communication between hotel and staff. According to the influence of the actual hotel working situation on hotel staff's conflicts between work and family,the author analyses those conflicts and believes that 'organizational support' and 'plan of balance between work and family' in the external management and communication can improve staff's abilities of self-adjustment,decrease those conflicts effectively and help staff to handle them.
