基于就业导向的高职思想政治理论课实践教学现状分析与对策研究

Analysis on the Current Practice Teaching of Employment-oriented Ideological and Political Theories in Higher Vocational College and Its Countermeasures

高职院校应在思想政治理论课实践教学中充分体现高职教育的就业导向,注重高职学生综合素质和就业能力的培养,进一步加强思想政治理论课师资队伍建设,加强实践教学资源的整合与拓展,构建齐抓共管的实践教学长效运行机制和保障机制,充分发挥思政课实践教学在高职人才培养中的重要作用。

Higher vocational colleges should fully embody the employment guidance of higher vocational education in the practice teaching of ideological and political theories,put emphasis on the training of students' comprehensive qualities and abilities to obtain employment,further strengthen the development of teaching staff of ideological and political theories,reinforce the combination and expansion of practice teaching resources,formulate long-term operation and guarantee mechanisms featuring concerted management for practical teaching,so as to give full play to the important roles of the practice teaching of ideological and political theories in training higher vocational talents.
