酒店式公寓作为旅游房地产的一种类型,其发展速度与我国的经济发展水平密切相关。随着酒店式公寓在我国一线城市的迅速发展,二线城市的酒店式公寓也纷纷崛起,但发展过程中存在着一系列的问题。本文从二线城市酒店式公寓的市场现状入手,分析存在的主要问题,并提出二线城市酒店式公寓的发展策略。
The serviced apartment is a type of tourism real estate.Its development speed is closely related to the level of economic development in China.Along with the rapid development of the serviced apartment in first-tier cities in China,many serviced apartments are founded in second-tier cities.But there are a series of problems in the course of development.Starting with market situation of serviced apartment in second-tier cities,the paper analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the development strategy of serviced apartment in second-tier cities.
