高职院校会展专业人才培养工学融合模式探究

Exploration on Exhibition Talents Training Mode of Integrating Work with Learning in Higher Vocational Colleges

会展业的发展使会展人才出现较大需求,但目前高职院校的人才培养存在诸多问题,笔者首先对高职会展专业培养目标的定位进行分析,指出工学融合的必要性,同时分析了目前工学融合中存在的问题,最后对高职院校会展专业工学融合的模式进行探讨。

With the development of exhibition industry,there is an increasing demand of exhibition talents. But at present,there are many problems about talents training in higher vocational colleges.Firstly, this article points out the necessity of integrating work with learning through the analysis on the training aims of exhibition specialty in higher vocational colleges.Meanwhile,it analyses the existing problems of current integration and finally discusses the mode of integrating work with learning in exhibition specialty of higher vocational colleges.
