高职院校助学贷款诚信问题的思考

Study on Credit Problems of Student Loan in Higher Vocational Colleges

国家助学贷款是政府贴息的政策性贷款,但是在实施的过程中却面临着很大的困难,特别是在诚信问题上,存在着还贷失约等一系列的问题,引发了相关银行的商业风险。因此,高校的诚信、银行的诚信、参贷学生的诚信,都成了我们关心的问题,在各大高校,特别是高职院校中,我们应该在日常学习生活中培养大学生的诚信习惯,使之成为一种品质,健全助学贷款信用管理制度、做好学生信用评估工作,提高大学生守信能力等相关措施,积极开展诚信主题教育和心理健康教育,共同推进国家助学贷款的健康发展。

The national student loan is a policy loan with discount interest launched by the government, but there are many difficulties in the process of implementation. Especially a series of credit problems, such as breaking the rules of paying loan, lead to commercial risks of relevant banks. Therefore, we begin to concern college credit, bank credit and the credit of students applying for loan. In colleges, especially higher vocational colleges, we should foster students' spirit of honesty and make it become a quality in their daily life, perfect credit management system of student loan, do well in employment evaluation, improve students' credit ability and actively carry out education activities of honesty and mental health, in order to promote the healthy development of national student loan.
