摘要
森林资源信息处理自动化系统包括资源统计、经营计划、经济核算和资源监测4个子系统,是由人与电子计算机所构成的。通过该系统收集并自动处理森林资源信息,能够实现地方和企事业单位对森林资源的优化管理,实现“维护森林永续利用”的任务。实践表明,该系统实际消耗的费用,人力和时间,比传统的手工系统可分别节省50%,95%和90%。为森林资源管理和经营决策提供了现代化手段。
Forest resource information automation system includes four subsystems, i.e., forest resource statistics, management planning, economic accounting and resource monitoring. It is a man-computer system, collecting and automatically processing forest resource information. It can realize optimum management of forest resources for local administrations, enterprises and institutions, and fulfil the task of maintaining the sustained yields of forest crops. Results indicate that the system can save expenses, labour and time by 50%, 95%and 90%, respectively, compared with the traditional manual system. It provides a modernized means for forest resource management and management decision-making.
