法人资本是二次大战后发展起来的一种崭新的资本形态,它在当代发达资本主义国家社会总资本中占主导地位,其产权关系的变化是当代资本主义经济关系新发展的重要方面。对它的深入研究,对我们科学认识当代资本主义经济关系具有重要意义。该文以当代法人资本内部的产权关系作为研究对象,首先界定了当代法人资本范畴的内涵,分析了它内部包含的多重产权关系;进一步论证了当代法人资本产权关系的社会化性质和它的高级社会资本属性;最后阐述了当代法人资本的发展趋势和历史地位。

A new form of capital which began to develop after the Second World War,corporate capital takes a leading position in the total capital of the modern developed capitalist countries and the change in its equity relation forms a very important part in the new development of the contemporary capitalist economic relation.Its further study will greatly benefit our recognition of the contemporary capitalist economic relation.Taking the inner equity relation of the corporate capital as the subject,this article first gives it a clear definition,then analyses its inner equity multirelation,further proves its socialized feature as well as its highly social capital feature and finally ends the discussion by pointing out its developmental tendency and historical position.
