摘要
本文根据油锯离心离合器的工作原理和生产上的要求,探讨了以减小重量为目标函数的优化设计方法,建立了数学模型。经对实例进行计算表明,本法可使离心离合器的重量减小近16%。如果适当调整其性能参数,则其重量可减小36%。本设计方法对改善我国油锯的整机性能具有现实意义。
On the basis of the operation principle and production requirementsof the centrifugal clutch of chain saw, optimum design has been studied, taking reduction of its weight as objective function Amathematical model has been developed. Calculation of examples show that the method can reduce the weight of centrifugal clutch approximately by 16%. If the performance parameters can be adjusted properly, the weight will be reduced by 36%. It is of practical significance for the method to improve the operating performance of the chain saw in China.
