网络理论在热处理炉温度测量上的应用

摘要 热处理炉的温度测定,是保证工件质量的重要手段,而在温度测量中,普遍存在着换热误差。本文应用热力学与传热学原理,分析了换热误差产生的原因及其影响因素,建立了换热误差计算公式。并应用Oppemheim的辐射换热网络理论,画出了多物质辐射换热的网络图,列出了换热方程组。同时,对减小换热误差的途径与措施,进行了分析和讨论。为提高热处理炉的温度测定精度,给出了一种科学的方法。 To determine the temperature of heat treatment furnace is an important means to guarantee the workpiece quality, but heat exchange errors often occur in the temperature measurement. Thermodynamics and heat transfer theory are employed to analyze the causes of heat exchange error and its affecting factors. A formula for calculating heat exchange error has been advanced. By means of Oppenheim's network theory of radiation heat exchange, a network chart for radiation heat exchange of varlous substances has been drawn, and the heat exchange equation sets have been presented Meanwhile, on the basis of analysis and discusion of the way and measures to reduce the heat exchange errors, a scientific method has been developed to improve the measurement precision of the heat treatment furnace temperature.
