摘要
高校教学管理在某种意义上是一种刚柔相济的管理,其"柔性"的体现是它的智慧性、科学性、艺术性,其"刚性"的体现是它的原则性。
The paper presents that higher educational management is the management coupling hardness with softness in a sense.Its 'softness' is referred to the matter of wisdom,science and art and its 'hardness' mirrors its strong sense of principle.
