株洲师专教师职业道德调查分析

A Questionnaire to the Teachers' Professionism of Zhuzhou Teacher's College

通过对株洲师专教师在政策和法制意识、专业思想、对待学生、治学态度等八个方面调查情况的综合分析,反映了学校教师在职业道德方面的总体形势,有针对性地剖析了存在问题的原因,提出了加强教师职业道德建设的办法。

This paper gives a conclusive analysis to a questionnaire about the teachers of Zhzhou Teacher's College in eight aspects including school rules,legal consciousness,professionalism,care of the students,enthusiasm in academic pursuits,and tries to find out the causes of the problems in the teacher's professionism and then suggests solutions to the problems.
