摘要
合理的组织结构是确保竞争情报系统有效运行的基本保障。本文针对现有竞争情报组织结构的存在问题 ,依据动态联盟和虚拟组织理论 ,提出了面向任务的动态竞争情报组织结构模型 。
A sound structure is the basic guarantee of the efficient working of a CI system. Based on the theories of dynamic alliance and virtual organization,pointing at current issues on the CI structure,this paper gives a model of task\|oriented dynamic CI structure,and discusses its working mechanism.
