首先归纳了管理信息系统诸授权方法的优缺点 ,继而给出了一种动态授权方法的数据库设计 ,该方法使系统具有良好的可扩充性 ,并对超级用户与其它操作员的约束机制进行了说明 .文章还给出了敏感数据的加密方案和算法 .最后讨论了操作员、角色和权限的关系及合理使用该关系的建议 .

After summing up the advantages and the disadvantages to the granting methods in management information system,the paper designs the database corresponding to a dynamic granting method with which the system has a very good expansibility. It also describes the restriction mechanism between super user and the others. Then it presents the encryption precept and algorithm for sensitive data. Finally it discusses the relationship among operator,role,and priority and provides the suggestion to use it.
