翅荚木种子活力的测定

本文以田问出苗率为标准,采用生理生化方法,对不同贮藏期翅荚木种子的活力进行了测定。结果表明,垂直玻板发芽法是一种较好的方法,但历时较长;脱氢酶活性测定法是一种简便、快速而比较准确的方法,可供生产中应用。试验还表明,贮藏1年的种子,其活力变化不大,可供生产中使用。

By means of physiological and biochemical methods, the vigor of Zenia insignis seeds of different storage periods has been tested with the field seedling percent serving as the criterion.
