老年黄斑变性病人血清脂质过氧化水平的测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的 检测老年黄斑变性病人的脂质过氧化水平。方法 以血清中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐浓度及丙二醛的浓度作为检测脂质过氧化的指标 ,分别测定老年黄斑变性病人与同年龄和同性别的健康人血清中所含浓度。结果 老年黄斑变性病人与健康人对比 ,其亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的浓度明显降低而丙二醛的浓度明显增高 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 氧化损伤参与老年黄斑变性的发病 ,血清中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的浓度及丙二醛浓度可以作为群体氧化损伤检测的标准。
