摘要 目的 探讨大鼠局灶性脑缺血 /再灌注后脑组织内血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)的表达及意义。方法 制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型 ,应用免疫组化 S- P法检测 VEGF蛋白的表达。结果 缺血再灌注损伤后 VEGF表达增加 ,随再灌注时间的延长 ,在缺血灶周边区 ,阳性表达的小血管数量明显增多。结论 脑缺血再灌注损伤可以诱导 VEGF表达增强 ,VEGF可促进毛细血管增生。 Objective To determine if VEGF is activated in the ischemic brain, and might therefore participate in adaptive processes such as angiogenesis and neuroprotection, we examined the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in brain tissues following focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in the rat. Methods MCAO/R was induced using the filament method. The samples were analyzed with immunohistochemical methods. Results The expression of VEGF increased in every group of rats with ischemia/reperfusion injury. Prolong by ischemia/reperfusion procedure, expression of VEGF protein in endothelial cells increased evidently. Conclusions These findings demonstrate that hypoxia-sensitive vascular endothelial growth factor can be induced in neurons in focal cerebral ischemia in vivo. VEGF might participate in process of angiogenesis.
